Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Appointments
All bookings at The Rose Collection are automatically confirmed once made. However, I reserve the right to decline any booking that doesn't fit my policies or schedule.
A 50% deposit of your service cost is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your final payment. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled, this deposit will carry over to your new appointment, providing the cancellation and rescheduling terms have been adhered to.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you're running more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment or reduce the service time.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You must give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit your deposit.
No-shows will be charged the full service amount and may be refused future bookings.
3. Payment
The balance of your payment is due at the end of your appointment.
I accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers.
Prices may increase over time. You'll be notified of any changes before your next booking.
4. Service Policies
No refunds will be given for completed services.
If you need a repair within 72 hours of your appointment, this will be done free of charge. Repairs needed after 72 hours will be charged. Please contact me as soon as you identify an issue.
Some services require a consultation form to be completed before your appointment. Please complete this honestly and in full.
5. Health & Safety
Please wash your hands before manicures and feet before pedicures.
Please arrive makeup free for all facial treatments.
All tools and work areas are sanitised between each client for your safety.
You must disclose any relevant medical conditions honestly before treatment. Failure to do so may result in service refusal.
6. House Rules
Please keep mobile phone use to a minimum during your appointment.
The Rose Collection is a home salon. Please be respectful of the space and neighbours.
Please park sensibly on the road outside, not blocking any driveways.
7. Data Protection
Your personal information is only used for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
